If your radiator has become clogged, your heater core is not far behind. Un-filter coolant from the engine flows through the heater core as well as through the radiator. Rust scale and gasket material can collect in the heater core forcing one to replace the core at considerable expense.

The Gano Heater Core Filter is a full flow filter which is designed to be installed in the hose that connects between the engine and the heater input.

The entire unit is constructed in brass to be compatible with the cooling system. The filter element is stainless steel. It is a permanent accessory which can be easily disassembled, cleaned and replaced back in the system.

The Filter is available in two sizes:

Small – hoses with 5/8” I.D.
Large – hoses with 3/4” I.D.
